The Minitact inside
Since I use the Minitact indoors, the cane is no longer useful.
When I'm in premises that I master all the space, I'm happy not to use my white cane.
But what are the places that I know and that I can do without the cane?
At home of course and also at my parents.
Yet since the time that I work at the CNRS, I ended up knowing the place. Yes, yes! Even if the walls do not move, the configuration of a corridor or room is scalable and not to be surprised, a person stopped in transit, or a cart or a carton left temporarily abandoned , the use of the cane is necessary. Unless a substitute device can replace it.
Fortunately this is the case with the Minitact. Since I use the Minitact indoors, the cane is no longer useful.
It is much more convenient because once returned to the desired place, it is stored in the pocket very simply while the cane must be folded what is lacking to be discreet if you arrive late for a meeting for example.
The case is small and fits in the palm of your hand so that some people think that I still see a little. This is flattering but much of this ease comes down to the effectiveness of Minitact.
